Choose About from the menu and click Documentation to open the online user guide at docs.myostat.ca/contours/user-guide.

Before you reach out, have these details ready: your Contours version number and motor library version (both shown in the About dialog), a brief description of what you were doing, and — if possible — the project file you were working in and the Contours log file (see chapter 16). That combination lets the support team reproduce your situation quickly.
