There is a remote support feature integrated in to control room, which has the ability to allow our technical support staff to remotely connect to your computer to use control room and retrieve data from the motor. This feature is only enabled by you manually. 

 

To enable the remote support feature, you must first select the help icon, which looks like a white question mark in a blue circle: .

This will bring up the help window. If you then click on the "support" option, you will be provided with an ID code. Provide this ID code to our technical support staff to allow them to remotely connect to your computer.
